Bedrooms:

• Trash emptied; waste baskets cleaned as needed

• Picture frames dusted

• All Furnitures dusted and wiped

• Mirrors cleaned

• Windowsills and blinds cleaned

• Cleaning all woodwork, door frames & switch plates

• Baseboards dusted & cobwebs removed

• Lampshades and bulbs dusted,

• Ceiling fans dusted

• Carpets or wood floor vacuumed including under furniture if accessible

• Light general straightening

Kitchens:

• Trash emptied; waste baskets cleaned as needed

• Sinks, countertops, backsplash, cabinet fronts cleaned (all items cleaned and replaced)

• Outside of appliances (refrigerator/refrigerator vent and top, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned

• (inside of the refrigerator or oven upon your request and extra charge)

• Small appliances cleaned (coffeemakers, can openers) in & out of microwaves, toaster

• Windowsills and blinds cleaned & picture frames dusted

• Baseboards dusted; cobwebs remove, air vents cleaned

• All woodwork, door frames & switch plates

• Chandeliers dusted and wiped as a needed

• Wiped table & chairs

• Floors vacuumed & mopped

Bathrooms:

• Trash emptied waste baskets cleaned as needed

• Mirrors cleaned streak free

• Sink and faucet cleaned disinfected rinsed & dried

• Shower caddies, soap dishes, toothbrush holder, electric toothbrushes to be cleaned

• Vanity & cabinets to be cleaned (outside)

• Towel bars & toilet paper holders cleaned

• Tub and/or shower tiles, shower doors cleaned & rinsed, tracks and floor will be cleaned

• Bath fixtures cleaned & shined

• Windowsills wiped down; picture frames dusted

• Baseboards dusted; cobwebs removed

• Exhaust fans and air vent cleaned

• Toilets cleaned inside & out including base, plunger, toilet shutoff, brush holders, and the floor area around

• All door, woodwork, door frames & switch plates

• Lighting fixture and bulbs cleaned

Living Areas Including Hallways, Stairs:

• Trash emptied; waste baskets cleaned as needed

• All areas dusted on top, in front & underneath (all items moved and replaced)

• Cushions & pillows fluffed & straightened

• Baseboards dusted & cobwebs removed

• Windowsills and blinds wiped down

• Chandeliers dusted (We do not touch on Cristal chandeliers)

• Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork, doorframes & switch plates

• Coffee tables cleaned

• Sliding Doors and rails cleaned inside

• Picture frames dusted

• Lamp shades and bulbs dusted

• Light general straightening

• Carpets and Area Rug vacuumed

• Floors Vacuumed and or mopped

• Ceiling fans dusted
